Hangzhou China:
Mr. V.P.V. Yugka Murrthy, Vice President (Government & External Affairs) of the Indo Latin American Chamber of Commerce (ILACC) and Director of IAES Auto Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India, has officially represented India at the Second International Cooperation and Development Conference for Young Entrepreneurs organized by the China International Youth Exchange Center (CIYEC) in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, from October 27 to 31, 2025.
During his visit, Mr. Murrthy signed two significant Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) strengthening India–China collaboration in emerging industrial sectors:
1. MoU with China Agricultural Trader Promotional Council – for mutual cooperation in agri-trade development, sustainable farming technologies, and supply chain innovation.
2. MoU with Mr. Klink Jingqi Zhou, Chairman and President of INTERLEAPER (Sichuan Interleaper Aviation Technology Co., Ltd.), focusing on drone aviation and hydrogen-powered drone technologies for industrial applications in India.
INTERLEAPER is a synergistic platform supported by the Sichuan provincial government, integrating aerospace, low-altitude economy, new energy, and embodied intelligence industries. The partnership aims to explore drone manufacturing, hydrogen energy systems, and AI-based aviation technologies, in line with India’s “Make in India” and sustainable mobility vision.
As part of his official mission, Mr. Murrthy also visited over 20 enterprises in furniture, drone, electric vehicle, robotics, and biotechnology sectors across Sichuan and Zhejiang Provinces, promoting bilateral cooperation and industrial exchange between India and China.
Mr. Murrthy assured the China Youth Entrepreneurs Council of India’s full cooperation and commitment to fostering youth-led entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation across both nations.
More than 70 country representatives participated in the conference, marking a major step in advancing global youth collaboration under the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
