MISSION OVERVIEW

From 25 April to 6 May 2026, a focused Brazil mission was successfully executed across São Paulo, Santos, Brasília, Campo Grande, and Barretos, aimed at building direct, transparent, and scalable agro-commodity trade channels between India and Brazil.

STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENTS

Government & Senate – Brasília

Engagements with diplomatic and trade promotion officials (DPRA), aligning on policy-level support and structured trade facilitation.

Outcome: Agreement to pursue a high-level delegation meeting in September 2026

 FIEMS – Mato Grosso do Sul

Discussions with senior leadership on industrial collaboration, logistics integration, and cross-border trade expansion

OBEID Agro Traders – Campo Grande

Engagement with a leading commodities trading house to explore bulk supply partnerships and long-term trade frameworks

RAS Group – Barretos

Meeting with CEO leadership to evaluate direct sourcing, processing, and export collaboration opportunities

 Emphasis on producer-direct procurement, eliminating unnecessary layers and ensuring price transparency
